Football scratch cards have been part of grassroots fundraising for generations, and now AFC Morda United is bringing that tradition to the launch of our new Women’s Team.
For just £20, you’ll choose a team on our live online scratch card and receive:
entry into both Women’s Kit Sponsorship scratch-card reveals,
the chance to win either the Home or Away front-of-shirt sponsorship,
and a £20 credit towards an AFC Morda United sponsorship board purchase.
Once a team is chosen, it disappears from the board permanently, so when it’s gone, it’s gone! 
The winning teams will be revealed live on Instagram by the club through a transparent scratch-card reveal, helping ensure a fair and exciting fundraiser for everyone involved.
Every entry directly supports the development of women’s football in the local community and helps build the future of the game at AFC Morda United.

AFC Morda United Women’s Team Scratch Card Fundraiser – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the AFC Morda United Women’s Team Scratch Card Fundraiser operated by Morda United Association Football Club (“the Club”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of Fundraiser

This fundraiser has been created to support the launch, development, and ongoing operation of the AFC Morda United Women’s Team and wider women’s and girls’ football activities within the Club.

2. Eligibility

- Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
- By entering, participants confirm that they are legally eligible to participate.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Entry Method

- Entries are priced at £20 per purchase.
- Each valid purchase provides:
- one allocated team position on Scratch Card 1,
- one allocated team position on Scratch Card 2,
- and a £20 sponsorship credit redeemable against a qualifying AFC Morda United sponsorship board purchase.
- There is no limit to the number of entries an individual or organisation may purchase.

4. Team Selection & Allocation

- Participants may select from available team positions displayed on the Club website at the time of purchase.
- Team selections are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Selections are confirmed only upon successful payment completion.
- Teams or positions held in online baskets are not reserved until checkout is fully completed.
- Once allocated, team selections cannot normally be changed, exchanged, or transferred.

5. The Prizes

Scratch Card 1 – Home Kit Sponsorship Prize

The winner will receive front-of-shirt sponsorship placement on the AFC Morda United Women’s Home Kit for the applicable season.

Scratch Card 2 – Away Kit Sponsorship Prize

The winner will receive front-of-shirt sponsorship placement on the AFC Morda United Women’s Away Kit for the applicable season.

Winners may:
- display a business logo, or
- nominate a registered charity or community cause to appear in place of a business logo, subject to Club approval.

The Club reserves the right to refuse branding, logos, slogans, or messaging considered offensive, discriminatory, political, defamatory, or otherwise unsuitable.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Scratch Card Reveal Process

- Winning entries will be determined through a live scratch-card reveal conducted by the Club.
- The reveal date will be announced through the Club’s official communication channels.
- The Club’s decision regarding winners is final.

7. Winner Notification

- Winners will be contacted using the details supplied during purchase.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Club reserves the right to redraw or reallocate the prize.

8. Sponsorship Artwork

Winning sponsors must provide suitable logo artwork within a reasonable timeframe requested by the Club.

The Club cannot guarantee exact logo sizing or positioning beyond standard kit manufacturing and league requirements.

9. Sponsorship Credit

Each £20 fundraiser entry includes a £20 sponsorship credit redeemable against a qualifying AFC Morda United sponsorship board purchase.

- Sponsorship boards are anticipated to be priced from approximately £200, subject to final Club confirmation.
- One fundraiser credit may be redeemed per sponsorship board purchase unless otherwise agreed by the Club.
- Credits may not be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or applied retrospectively.
- Credits are redeemable only while sponsorship inventory remains available.
- The Club reserves the right to amend sponsorship pricing, availability, or promotional structures where reasonably necessary.

10. Sponsorship Board Purchases

Purchase of an AFC Morda United sponsorship board does not automatically include entry into the fundraiser or scratch-card promotion.

Where fundraiser entries remain available at the time of sponsorship board purchase, the Club may, at its discretion, offer complimentary or promotional entry positions.

The Club is under no obligation to provide fundraiser entries once all available positions have been allocated.

11. Refund Policy

- All entries are final once payment has been processed and team allocations confirmed.
- Refunds will not normally be issued after allocation.
- In exceptional circumstances where the AFC Morda United Women’s Team is unable to operate for the applicable season, the Club reserves the right to:
- redirect funds toward women’s and girls’ football development within the Club, or
- issue refunds at the Club’s discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Club accepts no responsibility for:
- incomplete purchases,
- failed transactions,
- technical website issues,
- delayed communications,
- or circumstances outside the Club’s reasonable control.

The Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the fundraiser where reasonably necessary due to operational, legal, regulatory, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that:
- their name,
- business name,
- charity name,
- and related promotional material or photographs

may be used by the Club for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes connected with the fundraiser and AFC Morda United Women’s Team activities.

14. Data Protection

Personal information supplied during purchase will only be used for:
- administering the fundraiser,
- contacting participants and winners,
- processing sponsorship arrangements,
- and Club-related communications where consent has been provided.

Personal data will not be sold or knowingly shared with unrelated third parties.

15. General

- Entry into the fundraiser constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
