Sessions will start on the pitch at 7pm and end at 8.45pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before to complete registration. Confirmation of your participation and all the info on what you need to bring along will be sent to you. These sessions are open to Male players aged 18 and over.

Registration for open sessions is confidential. We understand currently you may be playing with another football club. No formal approach shall be made to register you until the window for the next season opens. 

OPEN SESSION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
“Club” refers to ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CLUB MORDA UNITED 
“Sessions” refers to open football training sessions organised by the Club.
“Participant” refers to any individual attending the Sessions.
2. Eligibility
Sessions are open to individuals aged 18 years and over.
By registering, Participants confirm they are physically fit and capable of taking part in football activities.
3. Nature of Sessions
These Sessions are informal open sessions and do not constitute official trials or offers of registration.
Attendance does not guarantee selection, membership, or future involvement with the Club.
4. Health Declaration
Participants confirm that:
- They are in good health and do not suffer from any medical condition that may affect their ability to safely participate.
- They will inform the Club of any injury, illness, or medical condition prior to participation.
The Club shall not be responsible for any injury or illness arising from undisclosed or pre-existing medical conditions.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that football is a contact sport involving inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical contact and collisions
- Slips, trips, and falls
- Strains, sprains, and other injuries
By attending the Sessions, Participants voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.
6. Insurance
The Club maintains public liability insurance only.
Participants acknowledge and agree that:
- They are not covered by the Club for personal injury insurance during open Sessions.
- They are responsible for arranging their own personal accident or medical insurance, if required or desired.
- Insurance cover through the Football Association of Wales applies only once a Participant is formally registered with the Club.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for:
- Injuries sustained as a result of normal participation in football activities
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Any other liability which cannot be excluded under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 or applicable law
The Club remains responsible for maintaining a reasonable duty of care to Participants.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Follow all instructions given by coaches and staff
- Wear appropriate clothing, protective equipment and footwear
- Behave in a safe and respectful manner at all times
- Refrain from dangerous, reckless, or abusive conduct
The Club reserves the right to:
- Refuse participation or remove any Participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate
9. Emergency Medical Treatment
Participants consent to the Club:
- Administering basic first aid where appropriate
- Contacting emergency services if required
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact details at registration
10. Data Protection
- Personal data collected will be used solely for:
- Session administration
- Emergency contact purposes
All data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws
11. Media and Photography
The Club may take photographs or video recordings during Sessions for promotional purposes
Participants will be given the opportunity to opt out where applicable
12. Agreement
By registering for and attending the Sessions, Participants confirm that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- Acknowledge the risks involved in participation
- Accept that they are responsible for their own insurance and participation
- Agree to comply with all Club rules and instructions
